A: Place your order online. All Apparel items can be purchased as long as inventory is available. For custom items, Lowrider Bike and Surfboard, once a purchase is made customer service will reach out directly to coordinate.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: Contact us at GIFTSANDGEAR@ELPOLLOLOCO.COM for more assistance and we will attempt to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. Orders are processed within one business day or less.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For your protection, we screen orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing address matches that of your payment method to avoid delays in order processing.
Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: The sales taxes are charged on based on state, county, and local laws based on the zip code provided with the associated shipping address.

Q: When will my order arrive?
- Apparel and Skate Decks – Our apparel collections and skate decks were produced in limited quantity and are expected to sell out fast. Delivery time will vary, but please allow up to 2 weeks from order confirmation.
- Surfboards – Inventory is limited to 4 boards on hand and then will be handcrafted on a per order basis. Delivery time for boards from inventory will vary, but please allow 3 weeks from order confirmation. Will Call can be arranged from Cypress, CA. Subsequent orders will take 1-2 months to create.
- Lowrider Bike – Inventory is limited to 1 bike on hand and then will be custom built on a per order basis. Delivery time for the bike from inventory will vary, but please allow 3 weeks from order confirmation. Will Call can be arranged from Cypress, CA. Subsequent orders will take 2-3 months to create.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: An email confirmation will be sent to you upon order placement, once your order ships (with a link to your tracking #), and once the order finally delivers.
Q: Can I order and ship to an international address?
A: Yes, we can ship to most international addresses. Additional charge may apply. (This excludes surfboards and bikes)
